Alex's temperature was 104 this morning. They put ice blankets on and got his temp down to 100. They are doing a spinal tap now. If you can, please light a candle for him.More later...

The nurse came to get us around 6:30. Alex is awake and alert. He has been taken off of the respirator. He is very angry and wants to go home. He has pneumonia, most likely from aspirating things....
